The Oregon Department of Agriculture is hosting three free pesticide collection events this winter. These events are for landowners, farmers, and other commercial and institutional pesticide users to safely dispose of unwanted or unusable pesticides. Pre-registration is required and the valley events fill up quickly- people are encouraged to sign up quickly.

• Dec. 6, 2025: Simplot, 27617 Highway 99E, Halsey. English and Spanish event brochures; registration form. Deadline to register is Nov 1, 2025- this event is the only event scheduled in the Willamette Valley for 2025-2026. It is expected to fill up quickly. Please register in advance to secure your spot.
• Dec. 13, 2025: Deschutes County Expo Center, 3800 SW Airport Way, Redmond. English and Spanish event brochures; registration form. Deadline to register is Nov 1, 2025. This event may be canceled if there is ~10 applicants or 7,500lbs of pesticides committed by the deadline.
• Jan. 24, 2026: Pendleton Convention Center, 1601 Westgate, Pendleton. English and Spanish event brochures; registration form. Deadline to register is Jan 12, 2026. This event may be canceled if there is ~10 applicants or 7,500lbs of pesticides committed by the deadline.
