The April Weed of the Month is Palmer Amaranth (Amaranthus palmeri). This species was found in birdseed mixes last year, which were recalled. But still, keep an eye out for this species, especially under birdfeeders. It has been found in limited locations in Oregon. If you see it, report to OregonInvasivesHotline.org.
