NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the YAMHILL SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT (District) will hold a public hearing of District Board of Directors regarding the sale of surplus real property, approximately 3.13 acres, located generally at 3210 NE Hembree St., McMinnville, Yamhill County, OR; Tax Lot No. R4409CD00100.
The hearing will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, September 19, 2024, in the Miller Woods Conference Room, 15580 NW Orchard View Rd., McMinnville, OR 97128. Remote access to this meeting is available via Zoom, call-in and link information available at the District’s website: yamhillswcd.org
The District proposes to sell this real property for $1,300,000.00. The anticipated future use of the property is residential, and the potential buyer will be responsible for all future permitting and land use approvals for the property. The Property is no longer needed for District use; therefore, it is in the public interest for the District to sell the Property.
