The Native Plant Society of Oregon is holding a photo contest! Submit your photos by December 31st to be considered. Rules below. This contest is not held or organized by Yamhill SWCD, we’re just helping spread the word.

  • Each person may submit up to 2 photos of Oregon native plants, photographed in Oregon, to be featured on the annual NPSO Native Plant Appreciation Month Poster.

  • Submissions should include photographer name, scientific name of plant(s), common name of plant(s), photo location, and photo date.

  • Photos should be high-quality (e.g., at least 300 DPI) and preferably unedited.

  • Entries must be submitted via email to [email protected] by December 31st!

  • Photographers who submit photos consent to the NPSO reproducing the submitted photos free of charge for the poster and our website, social media, and related publicity material.

  • Final photo selection is at the discretion of the Native Plant Appreciation Month Committee.
